エンゼルスの主砲だったマーク・テシェイラ一塁手とレッドソックスとの合意が間近だというニュースが流れている。例によってちゃんと決まるまでは何が起こるか分からないMLBだけれども（数日前には獲得断念というニュースもあった）、もしうまくまとまればとても嬉しい。
長打力があり打点を稼げる堅実なスラッガー。敵として見るととても手強い印象があるスイッチヒッターだった。でも彼が来たら同じポジションのユーキリスはどうなるんだろう。
